Frances Hansen -artist and lecture.

Frances Hansen is  an artist,  born in in New Zealand year 1962 , studied her bachelors of arts, at Australia for 13 years, with a permanent residence.   She has used collecting through her art,  using found objects and materials from her home and whatever she finds and what interests her, examples of  found objects  she has used were,recycled  bottles and used ready made art work, drawings created by her daughter  by doing so, Frances combined her daughters' drawings and art work, through her paintings. to create and form and art piece .[how do you use collecting in you life and art.?] you use  any found object that  you find interesting  or not interesting to create something new , and developing to a  more  aesthetic view   , try to use it to create art piece , for example, Frances, has used found object and images incorporating  them together,  and with the help of  the element of painting and text through her work.Another artist who  is similar to Frances hansen's work is an  artist name, for other  artist names that works with similarities with frances, wasnt able  find any artist who does same work as her..

    This is a very short entry! I don't think you understood the second question - I was asking what do you personally collect, if anything? Or do you have any family members that collect things? What, and why? Do you think it will ever help your art practice?

    As a photographer, you must at least collect images. What images are you attracted to, and why?

    Finally, I wasn't asking for an artist just like Frances, but an artist who also uses collecting. There are so many of them! And if you were really stuck, you could have said Agnes Vara, or Seraphine Pick, who were both in the lecture.
